Goat Yoga and Goat Walking in the beautiful Suffolk countryside

Goat Walking

Walk around our beautiful meadows then venture out into the beautiful Suffolk countryside with the goats.

After being introduced to the goats and receiving your treat bag, we start our walk by meandering through our beautiful meadows, with the goats walking free around us, we then venture out into the stunning Suffolk countryside onto the local footpaths where the goats will be on leads, you will have your own goat to lead, treat, pet and help them find the best eating spots. The walk is leisurely as there is alot of stopping for nibbles along the way.

The goats are really friendly, you will see their fun cheeky characters as we walk. Goats being goats, when they know you have treats they will want to be your best friend and do jump up, they also show off a little tottering about on their hind feet!

Approximately 1 hour 30minutes, including tea and coffee afterwards overlooking the goats field.

All treats are included, please do not bring any treats yourselves, the common belief that goats eat anything is not actually true, they have a very delicate digestive system although you wouldn’t think it when they are munching on brambles!

Spring / Summer Yoga

In our beautiful meadow in the stunning Suffolk countryside, come and experience a relaxing yoga flow, whilst the goats forage around you for treats and attention. After a relaxing shavasana, immersed in birdsong, spend time feeding and petting the goats, followed by complimentary tea and coffee overlooking the goat area and our beautiful fields.

We are a little different from some goat yoga places in that we do not offer baby goat yoga. We are not currently breeding our girls so we do not have babies! It is just as much fun and the goats are friendly and inquisitive. You don’t have to follow every moment of the yoga if you feel like a goaty cuddle.

The yoga will last for approximately 50 minutes, with a fabulous local yoga instructor, followed by time with the goats in the yoga area.

Suitable for all levels of yoga from beginners to experienced yogis. It is a great place to start your yoga journey if you are a newbie. We are friendly and cherish our time afterwards chatting over a cuppa and making new friends.

Small groups our speciality, no more than ten people per group.

To book your place please contact Louise directly on 07714325250, £20 per person.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer this experience to under 14’s or pregnant ladies.
